Train what you can’t see but every good swing depends on: clean pressure shift, stable footwork and precise impact position.
The Sebo Force Plates are soft, flexible training domes that give you instant feedback under your feet on grass or mats, and they also help you improve your angle of attack with both irons and driver.
Made from durable TPE and manufactured in Germany, they’re compact, grippy and built for all practice conditions.
What they do
-
Train authentic ground pressure – anywhere
Step on the domes to feel trail-side loading, transition timing and lead-side posting.
Works the same on natural turf, short grass, range mats or indoor surfaces. -
Dial in your iron contact
Place a plate slightly behind the ball (always with a small gap).
If the club hits the plate first, your low point is too far back.
Learn to deliver a clean ball-then-turf strike with a controlled negative AoA. -
Promote a positive AoA with the driver
On grass or mats, position the plate just in front of the tee.
If you come in too steep, the club will clip the plate.
When the plate stays untouched, you’re finally hitting up on the ball for higher launch and lower spin. -
Putting + swing-path drills
Use the plates as soft guides for start-line, gate drills or swing-path checkpoints.
TPE construction protects putters and irons, and gives stable positioning on any surface.
